INTERPRETATION
In these terms the “Seller” means WORLD OF CAKE, ACN 143 300 832. “Buyer” means the purchaser of the goods sold. These Terms supersede all other terms, conditions and agreements and apply to all future transactions between the Buyer and Seller.
PAYMENT TERMS
All orders must be paid for in full at the time of checkout under C.B.D. (Cash Before Dispatch) terms. Payment must be received and cleared before any order is processed for dispatch to the nominated delivery address.
DELIVERY TERMS
Goods will be delivered Free to your location in all areas of Australia, provided the minimum order value for free shipping is met.
Orders below the minimum free shipping threshold will be shipped via our nominated carrier and will incur a freight charge.
The Seller is not liable for re-delivery fees, lost or stolen orders, or any additional costs.
CLAIMS, RETURNS, ALLOWANCES
All purchases are final. The Seller does not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases under any circumstances.
Claims will not be accepted for short deliveries, damage in transit or faulty merchandise unless notification is received by Seller within fourteen (14) days of delivery to the Buyer’s premises.
Any claims for damaged goods must refer to the official invoice number and date, and state the reason for the claim.
Acceptance of delivery for returned goods for a refund does not signify agreement to issue a refund. A refund will be issued only after the goods have been inspected and found to be satisfactory in the opinion of the Company.
In the event that a refund is not issued, the Buyer will be advised and the goods made available for collection by the Buyer.
The following goods cannot be returned for a refund under any circumstances:
• Any goods specially made or purchased for the Buyer.
• Any goods damaged or altered in any way by the Buyer.
PRIVACY
The Seller is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
The Seller may collect personal information from the Buyer in the course of providing goods and services, including but not limited to the Buyer’s name, contact details, delivery address, and transaction history. This information is collected for the purposes of processing orders, providing customer support, improving products and services, and conducting marketing communications (where consent has been provided).
The Seller may disclose personal information to third parties engaged to perform services on its behalf, such as delivery, payment processing, and information technology support. Such third parties are required to handle personal information in accordance with the Seller’s obligations under the Act.
The Seller will take all reasonable measures to safeguard the Buyer’s personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. The Buyer may request access to, or correction of, any personal information held by the Seller by contacting sales@worldofcake.com.au or 1300 552 202.

AMENDMENTS
The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on www.worldofcake.com.au
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
The Buyer agrees that these Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be construed according to the laws of the State or Territory as the Seller may its sole discretion determine.
The placement of any order of goods to be supplied by the Seller will be considered as confirmation of acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
